Reviews
The bath itself is slightly bigger then my old one. Can more easily go under now.
Also the cover is easy to pull over the bath when you're done.
The cover is also waterproof so no water coming through which means also cleaner bath for a longer period.
Only remark is the inflatable white edge is very stiff so couldn't get is nice and round when I blew it with air.
Maybe if it feels good we will switch in the future to a more professional one.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I leave my ice bath outside in the winter?
Yes, our ice baths are designed to be used both indoors and outdoors all year round. However, be sure to properly maintain your ice bath and protect it from extreme weather conditions.
How easy is it to fill the ice bath?
You can use any garden hose to connect to the water connection at the bottom of the ice bath, or simply fill the bath with water to the indicated max line.
How often should I change the water?
We recommend changing the water every two weeks to maintain optimum hygiene, although this depends on the frequency of use of the ice bath and your personal hygiene when using it. This helps maintain the desired temperature and extends the life of the water.

Is an ice bath safe for everyone?
In general, an ice bath is safe for most people, but it is always best to seek medical advice before starting, especially if you have health problems. Pregnant women, people with heart problems or other serious conditions should consult with their doctor first.
What is the ideal temperature of an ice bath?
The ideal temperature of an ice bath is usually between 1 and 15 degrees Celsius. Within this range, the water provides sufficient challenge to stimulate desired physiological responses, such as vasoconstriction and increased blood circulation, without making it too uncomfortable to stay in. This temperature promotes an effective thermal stress response, which is beneficial for recovery and performance enhancement, while limiting the risk of hypothermia.
How much ice do I need?
To achieve the optimal temperature for cold therapy, aim for a water temperature below 15 degrees Celsius, as this is the temperature at which the benefits are most noticeable. In most countries, the temperature of cold tap water is around 10-12 degrees Celsius, which is already effective enough for therapeutic purposes. Adding ice will lower the temperature further, usually by 3-7 degrees, depending on the amount of ice used.
How long should I be in an ice bath per session?
Start with short sessions of a few minutes and gradually increase the duration to a maximum of 10-15 minutes. It is important to listen to your body and adjust the session duration based on your own comfort level, especially in relation to the temperature of the water. Warmer water may make it easier to tolerate longer sessions, while colder water may require shorter sessions. Experiment to see what works best for you and adjust as needed.
Does the ice bath come with a lid?
Yes, the ice bath comes with a cover. The Ultimate model includes both an inflatable lid and an all-weather cover.
How can I prepare for my first ice bath session?
Make sure you are well hydrated and have a comfortable environment. Start with a short session and build up slowly. Breathing techniques can also help you relax and prepare your body for the experience. In addition, we have included an eBook on taking ice baths, which offers valuable tips and guidelines for an optimal experience.
