    IJsbad is lek bij de ventiel, via de mail contact gehad.

    Een week geleden een bad besteld en deze nog niet binnen gekregen. Eerste levering werd retour gestuurd onder het mom van "Ontvanger verhuisd of adres onbekend". Deze fout ligt uiteraard bij DHL waarbij sommige bestuurders te belemmerd zijn om moeite te doen om een adres te vinden. Contact gezocht via het contactformulier en na 3 dagen antwoord dat ze een nieuwe zending aan gingen maken. Vooralsnog nog niets vernomen van een nieuwe zending na twee mails te hebben gestuurd. "Klantenservice: Wij zijn staan 24/7 voor u klaar" één grote grap.

    Edit: Van één ster naar drie sterren dankzij de snelle reactie na het plaatsen van deze review met een goede uitleg. Ze zouden vandaag een nieuwe opsturen en waarschijnlijk morgen binnen. We wachten af!

    Edit: Ondanks de vertraging met de klantenservice is de communicatie top. Het pakket is inmiddels goed aangekomen en ze hebben er een leuk presentje bijgedaan in de vorm van een drijvende schildpad om chloortabletten in te doen. Top!

    Very fast delivery. Did not expect it to be in the next day. exceeded expectations.

    The bath itself is slightly bigger then my old one. Can more easily go under now.
    Also the cover is easy to pull over the bath when you're done.
    The cover is also waterproof so no water coming through which means also cleaner bath for a longer period.

    Only remark is the inflatable white edge is very stiff so couldn't get is nice and round when I blew it with air.
