I ordered 2 ice baths from Tactiv. Although it said it was delivered to a neighbor of mine (which was not the case) it was lost in the delivery process as my neighbor didn't have them. It was a very frustrating situation because I was going to use them in my workshop. Long story short, their customer service is incredible. I never ever write reviews but this time I feel obliged to because they were very professional and helpful. They also decided to send me 2 new ice baths which I received for free. Thanks whoever was involved in the process to fix this issue which was not in my hands at all. Their ice baths have great quality considering the other brands and customer service is top notch!
