The Tactiv Recovery Ice Bath is simple to install and very compact. It comes with a very quality bag and the bath itself is big enough to easily fit your entire body while not being overly bulky. It has provided some great ice bath recovery to my muscles and i definitely recommend!
I ordered 2 ice baths from Tactiv. Although it said it was delivered to a neighbor of mine (which was not the case) it was lost in the delivery process as my neighbor didn't have them. It was a very frustrating situation because I was going to use them in my workshop. Long story short, their customer service is incredible. I never ever write reviews but this time I feel obliged to because they were very professional and helpful. They also decided to send me 2 new ice baths which I received for free. Thanks whoever was involved in the process to fix this issue which was not in my hands at all. Their ice baths have great quality considering the other brands and customer service is top notch! Highly recommend!
We recommend leaving the cooler on when the ice bath is not in use to keep the water filtered and clean. The Freezemaster Q3 turns itself off once the desired temperature is reached, making for very energy efficient use.

How long does it take to cool down?
The unit has an output of 1.5 horsepower (Horsepower), which cools the water by about 5 degrees Celsius in about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Does the chiller keep the water clean?
The advanced filtration system of the Freezemaster Q3 from Tactiv Recovery includes two particle filters that stop dirt and insects. In addition, an internal ozone filter ensures that you can always enjoy the cleanest possible water for your ice bath.
How do I maintain the chiller?
Maintenance of the Freezemaster Q3 is limited to cleaning the particulate filter connected to the chiller and replacing the particulate filter.
The heat pump system is completely sealed and tested for leaks and does not require maintenance.
Can the chiller be used indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely. Our systems are portable, so you can use them anywhere. All you need is a power outlet, and you’re ready to go! Our cooling units should not be left outside in temperatures below -1°C. Failure to follow this advice will void the warranty.
Up to what temperature can the freezemaster Q3 cool?
The Freezemaster Q3 keeps the water at a constant temperature of 3°C, while filtering the water and keeping it fresh. In addition, the chiller also has the ability to heat up to 42°C.
How does shipping work?
Tactiv Recovery guarantees delivery within 2-10 business days. After the time of purchase, we will contact you to schedule the delivery date to your desired location. We will keep you informed with tracking information and call 30 minutes before delivery by default.

What happens if there is a defect in the chiller, and how can I tell?
This often leads to reduced flow and eventually no cooling. When this happens, you can flush the system with a powerful jet of water. In addition, our team is always ready to help solve your problems.

Tactiv Recovery offers a 2-year warranty on all chillers. We will repair or replace your product if it fails within 2 years from the date of purchase. Standard manufacturing defects are covered – abuse or wear and tear is not covered.
