Where can I find the status of my order?
The expected delivery time of your order is indicated in the confirmation e-mail. The expected delivery time is given in working days: weekends and public holidays are therefore not included. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders weighing up to and including 30 kg, shipping costs will usually be EUR 4.95.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders ordered before 23:59 are delivered the next working day, please note that this only applies to working days!
To ensure that your orders are delivered properly, we work with a professional logistics partner and logistics service providers GLS and DHL.
Can I change the delivery address?
After your order has been placed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address. So always consider carefully which delivery address you use when preparing your order. If you are not at home during the day, it might be a good idea to have your order delivered to a family member or at work. As the customer, you are always responsible for the specified delivery address.
Tactiv Recovery reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred as a result of an obvious error in providing the delivery address. A shipment that goes missing as a result of an incorrectly specified delivery address is at the customer’s expense and risk.
Can I have my order delivered to an address outside the Netherlands or outside Belgium?
Yes, we can deliver throughout Europe.
